Aliauto has been operating for years in the field of mechanical design, development of special automatic and semiautomatic machines, production and assembly lines and industrial plants. Aliauto’s technical staff is highly qualified and able to provide solutions to even the most demanding requests; a distinctive element of the company is in fact the ability to interact with the customer at any time, offering technical consultancy on production and industrial problems, evaluating and proposing innovative solutions. All our solutions are constantly updated and in line with the current market. Aliauto is able to follow a project in its entirety, starting from the design up to the commissioning of the machine, eventually taking care of all the related aspects linked to the necessary documentation and certification.
Where Inspiration Takes Shape
FEASIBILITY ANALYSIS
The initial phase of our production process consists of the feasibility analysis based on the customer’s requests, which will be followed by a preliminary 3D study in which we will share our ideas and our technical implementation proposal with him.
CUSTOMER APPROVATION
Following various technical discussions with the customer and any changes to the project, the final draft is presented, which is then jointly evaluated resulting in the approval and finalization of the proposal.
3D-2D DESIGN
Our technical office, using specific software, begins the drafting phase of the definitive hydraulic scheme, the complete 3D design and the subsequent 2D drafting of all the drawings.
START OF ORDER
Once the design phase is finished, the project of the new test bench is shared internally within the company; all departments will be involved and cooperate simultaneously to start the production process.
ASSEMBLY
Upon arrival of all the components at our premises, we will begin assembling the test bench, paying unparalleled attention to all the details, in order to guarantee the highest standards of quality, safety and ease of use.
TESTING
All the test benches designed and produced by us are subjected to a complete functional test before delivery in the presence of the customer; In this phase all its components are tested in order to verify the complete functionality of the machine.
CERTIFICATION
All our test benches are CE certified according to current regulations and comply with all the requirements imposed by the machinery directive. Based on the final destination of the machine, we pay attention to the relevant legislation.
TRAINING
Aliauto considers training essential, both for practical and safety reasons; the customer must know our machines from day one. For these reasons, a training course is always provided during installation of the machine.
