TSPH 120 NN
Thermoplastic Hoses

The test bench TSPH 120 NN performs permeability tests of thermoplastic hoses (and other kinds of hoses) according to the EN1736:2008-7 standards using 100% tracer gas helium, by placing them into a properly heated testing chamber to detect possible permeations on the surface of the hose itself or on its fittings; it is also possible to perform long-lasting tests.

TECHNICAL DATA

The bench is divided into:
• Pneumo-hydraulic system with high pressure helium line;
• Insulated testing chamber, provided with heating units;
• Vacuum creating system inside the testing chamber;
• Helium pressurization circuit, provided with security valves;
• Sniffer probe to detect large-scale leaks;
• Spectrometer to detect permeations;
• Displaying and analysis system of all detected data;
• Electrical system with IP55 protection control according to EN60529 standards;
• One-piece carpentry structure;
• Control panel with industrial PC with 19’’ touch-screen display
