TSHF 12 NN

The test bench TSHF 12 NN performs filter tests in compliance with the UNI EN 13443:1 – 7.4 standards. The automation of the test is carried out using a personalized software, thus allowing to set a series of test data, display the graphic and numeric test trend, store instructions and print the final test report. The system is provided with an on-line remote assistance capable of detecting possible failures.

TECHNICAL DATA

• Maximum test pressure: 12 bar
• Minimum test pressure: 1,5 bar
• Stainless steel testing chamber (IT MIGHT BE MODIFIED ON DEMAND – OPTIONAL)

SAFETY

• Interlock avoids to run test with open hatch
• Openings for displaying the elements being tested, complete with protection glasses
• Emergency button
• Automatic interruption in case of any malfunction of the bench

POWER SUPPLY

• Standard voltage: 400 V – 50 Hz – three-phase (different voltage on demand)

OPTIONAL

REMOTE SUPPORT DEVICE
• Software system to detect any failures suitable for online remote support
MOBILE CONTROL PANEL
• Industrial PC with 17” touch screen display on mobile support
