Aliauto Italia Srl announces the entry of Parmafluid Srl into its share capital: a new strategic agreement for the hydraulic sector

Aliauto Italia Srl is pleased to announce that she has reached an agreement for the sale of a shareholding to Parmafluid Srl. This important step, which will be definitively ratified in the coming weeks, marks the beginning of a strategic partnership aimed at strengthening the presence and competitiveness of the two companies in the global market of hydraulics and industrial testing.
The agreement is based on a shared vision of innovation, quality, and international growth, integrating complementary skills and operational synergies.
Who is Parmafluid
Parmafluid is a leading company in the hydraulic sector, specializing in the supply of components from prestigious brands such as Bosch Rexroth, Casappa, Walvoil, Hydac and Emmegi. The company designs and builds customized hydraulic systems, like power packs, manifold blocks and test benches, as well as producing cylinders. With a significant presence in Italy and abroad, Parmafluid operates through two sister companies in Great Britain, VHS Hydraulic Components and Neilsons Hydraulics, serving the British market with the same standards of quality and innovation.
Key Strengths of the Agreement
1. Technological development in Industrial Service and Testing: Joining the Parmafluid group will allow Aliauto to expand and complete its range of solutions, accelerating the development of new technologies and improving the company’s competitiveness in the long term. Specifically, the strengthening of production capacity, the expansion of the repair sector of piston units, proportional valves and servo valves, and the enhancement of after-sales service are just some of the targets shared with Parmafluid.
2. Strengthening technological leadership in Hydraulic Test Benches: By maintaining and enhancing their production sites, the two companies aim to become a global benchmark in the production of hydraulic test benches, expanding their range, increasing test bench performance, and meeting all production, R&D, and service needs wherever reliable and high-quality testing is required.
3. Access to a strategic stock: The entry of Parmafluid will allow Aliauto to benefit from the vast availability of components and brands distributed by Parmafluid (Rexroth, Casappa, Walvoil, Hydac, Emmegi), guaranteeing a better service to its customers both in the production and industrial testing sectors.
