Aliauto in China - EU project for the international growth of SMEs

The “Aliauto in China” project aims to strengthen Aliauto’s presence in the Chinese market and develop the necessary skills to independently manage exports. After 13 years of activity in the Italian and European markets, the company is targeting entry into a new strategic market, promoting its service and production test benches featuring innovative technologies such as IoT, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.

Main Objectives
– Expand Aliauto’s presence in the Chinese market, focusing on the provinces of Guangdong, Zhejiang, Hubei, Anhui, and Shandong.
– Offer innovative and customized products capable of replacing outdated test benches currently used in the local market.
– Acquire in-house expertise to independently manage exports and establish long-term commercial relationships.
– Participate in the PTC Asia 2025 trade fair in Shanghai and build partnerships with local companies to provide post-sales support.
– Develop a marketing and communication plan tailored to the Chinese market, in collaboration with the TEM and White Srl.

Main Activities
– Participation in PTC Asia 2025, the leading industry event in China.
– Collaboration with a Temporary Export Manager (TEM) to define the market entry strategy.
– Targeted consulting from White Srl for the creation of the marketing plan and for B2B meetings with potential clients and partners.
– Analysis of the Chinese market and potential customers, with the development of tailored commercial strategies.

Expected Results
– Strengthening of Aliauto’s commercial presence in China.
– Establishment of at least one local partnership for post-sales support.
– Enhancement of in-house expertise to independently manage exports.
– Increased visibility of Aliauto’s products among the leading companies in the Chinese hydraulic sector.

Target Country
China, with a focus on leading companies and small to medium-sized mechanical workshops characterized by low technological innovation.

EU Funding
This project is funded by the European Union under the 2024 Programme for supporting the internationalization of SMEs. The initiative aims to strengthen research, innovation, and the competitiveness of Italian SMEs in international markets.
