The bench TSIV 500 NN makes impulse test pressure of component of hydraulic valves inspired to SAE J343, ISO 6803 specifications. The testing bench is divided into:
• Hydraulic system with main tank, hydraulic power pack and auxiliary tank for the control system of the temperature of the test fluid
• Electrical system with IP55 protection rating in compliance with EN60529
• Industrial Pc with 17’’ touch screen, inserted in the structure

• N° 5 fix manifolds manually selectable
• N°20 connections ¾ ”– 16 UNF on each manifolds
• Stainless steel testing chamber (MIGHT BE MODIFIED ON DEMAND – OPTIONAL)

SAFETY

• Interlocks avoid to run test with open hatch
• Openings for displaying the elements being tested
• Complete with openings in polycarbonate and metallic grid protections
• Emergency button
• Automatic interruption for any malfunction of the bench

POWER SUPPLY

• Standard voltage 400 V – 50 Hz – three-phase (different voltage on demand)
• Motor power of 15 kW

OPTIONAL

• REMOTE SUPPORT DEVICE - Software system for failured detected suitable for online remote support
• HIGH TEMPERATURE - High temperature max for testing up to150°C (302° F)
• MOBILE CONTROL PANEL - Industrial PC with 17” touchscreen display on mobile support
